SERVICES EFFICACY
Coaching + Consulting
- Needs assessments, reflection tools, benchmark development, milestone determination and measurement, goal setting, and other support as needed.
- Our four-phased coaching strategy that accesses our school-based leadership team in reaching specific benchmarks towards the completion of the SMART (specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, time-bound) goals.
- 1:1 or group coaching sessions to empower school leaders to drive positive change and foster a supportive school culture.
EVALUATION SERVICES
- Best practices--data-driven and effective models for what works tailored to fit your needs.
- Assessments for student outcomes and career-connected learning (CCL) initiatives.
TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
- Onsite and web-based technical assistance.
- Collaboration and coordination with existing technical assistance efforts (such as the Comprehensive Centers, Regional Educational Laboratories and other department-funded and non-federally funded technical assistance and materials.

OUR PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT TEAM
P2C Professional Development facilitators are primarily former classroom teachers and career-
connected learning experts with advanced degrees and certifications equipping them
with the knowledge and skills needed to lead educators in increasing their impact on student
learning. This dynamic team of industry experts possesses both the pedagogical knowledge
and “real-world” experience to facilitate professional development that is research-informed,
relevant, relatable, and actionable.
Workforce Development
Every four years Workforce boards are required to update a Local Workforce Plan under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) that reflects changes in the labor market and economic conditions.
The report will include:
- A labor market analysis
- The formal designation of priority industries and occupations
- System capacity analysis
