Keana Winston is a Customer Success Manager on P2C’s Customer Success Team. Keana has experience as a math content facilitator, district-level math professional development leader, and elementary school teacher. Her experience as a teacher and math coach spans school systems across 13 states. She is Teach for America alum, has served as a Math Coach for School Transformation with Partnership for Los Angeles Schools, and has worked as an educational consultant with a focus on learning progressions and mathematical teaching practices. Her grooves are excellence, impact, alignment, and data.
Keana is passionate about providing teachers with meaningful development, and students with an equitable and excellent educational experience. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from the University of Alabama (Roll Tide!), and Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction. Before following her calling into education, she worked in radio broadcasting and as a PR Chief Strategist and consultant. She currently resides in Birmingham, Alabama.
